I’m a classically trained professional chef who is inspired by traditional French and British cuisine. I produce menu’s that will please the most discerning palate!

If you are you looking for a unique & exquisite dining experience here in the heart of Sydney, away from the typical expensive and cramped restaurants;  my home in waterloo is the place to be. 

Seat at my chefs table, enjoy a cosy  ambiance, bring your friends or come alone and get delighted with my food!

My Background

I was born in the United Kingdom.  At the age of 16yrs old I started cooking; at my 21yrs old I worked  in Michelin Starred Restaurants and at my 25yrs old I moved to Australia and worked in Sydney’s Hatted Restaurants. My passion for food is my thrive to keep learning, exploring, creating and trying new ingredients, techniques and flavours...
